Innovation sprint that delivers
short/mid/long term ideas:
- Review Existing Pipeline (share identifed gaps, bigger better ideas).
- Fill gaps in the long-term Pipeline (NPD, EPD, BDI, clinical needs) – identify unmet consumer needs; ensure we are addresssing through innovation plan.
- Strengthen existing ideas (ensure we address emerging trends and consumer needs).
- Flesh out tested areas of opportunity by focus area (3-5 aligned areas in advance).
